We have completed the Inspection, Design Phase and provided the Project Management for the complete Concrete Restoration project for the 16-story residential building, the complete rebuild of the 4-pool cabana buildings, the rebuild of the pool and pool deck and all the structural systems for the underground parking garage. Contract was let in November 2008 with a completion in February 2010. This structure was the last Art Deco Building built in Miami Beach, Florida.
